If there have been fast cars, people have been intrigued by them because, according to many, they provide an unmatched surge of adrenaline. But which vehicles are the quickest? Following is the complete list of the 10 fastest car:
1. Bugatti Chiron Supersport 300+
Top speed: 304mph
In Germany, Bugatti Engineering GmbH designed and developed the mid-engine, two-seat Bugatti Chiron and built in Molsheim, France, by Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S., a French automaker. The Bugatti Veyron was succeeded by the Chiron, which made its debut at the Geneva Motor Show on March 1. The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo concept car, revealed at the 2015 Frankfurt Auto Show, provided the first look at the vehicle’s design. The automobile bears Louis Chiron’s name, a Monégasque driver. In 1999 Bugatti 18/3 Chiron concept car shares a name with the vehicle.

For whatever reason, Bugatti chose not to attempt the record-breaking manoeuvre twice in opposite directions.
2. Hennessey Venom F5
Top speed: 272 mph
Hennessey has a deal with Silverstone, England’s Delta Motorsport for the creation of the car, which will be the company’s first entirely original vehicle as a certified named manufacturer. At its location in England, Delta Motorsport also built all the Venom GT vehicles from the previous generation for Hennessey.
The F5 moniker is a reference to the F5 tornado, which has the highest Fujita scale rating and can reach speeds of up to 420-512 km/h (261-318 mph).
In order to claim the title of “fastest production automobile in the world,” Hennessey as a manufacturer plans to achieve top speeds of more than 300 mph (485 km/h).

3. SSC Tuatara

The American automaker SSC North America created, developed, and produced the SSC Tuatara (/tutr/), a sports car (formerly Shelby SuperCars Inc.). The vehicle, which is the Ultimate Aero’s replacement, is the outcome of Jason Castriota and SSC’s design partnership. The vehicle’s 6.9 litre twin turbocharged V8 engine was later downsized to 5.9 L (360.8 cu in) to achieve a greater, redline of 8,800 rpm. 5. Koenigsegg Regera

Koenigsegg, a Swedish automaker, produces the Koenigsegg Regera, a limited-edition plug-in hybrid grand touring sports car. It was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2015. The word “Regera” is a verb that means “to reign” or “to govern” in Swedish. 6. Aston Martin Valkyrie

The limited-edition hybrid sports car known as the Aston Martin Valkyrie, also known by its code names AM-RB 001 and Nebula, was developed in collaboration by the British automakers Red Bull Racing Advanced Technologies, Aston Martin, and other manufacturers.
The sports car was created because of a collaboration between Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing to produce a track-focused vehicle that is equally enjoyable to drive on open roads. Adrian Newey, Dr. Andy Palmer, Christian Horner, and Simon Spoule participated in the design process. The manufacturer of the vehicle asserts that it is the world’s quickest street-legal vehicle. The car’s design was assisted by Adrian Newey, Chief Technical Officer of Red Bull Racing and the most successful F1 designer in the world. On the surface, you might not believe that the Aston Martin Valkyrie is authorised for use on public roads. Although it may appear to be a full-fledged LeMans racer, you can drive it on the street.
A 6.5-litre hybrid V12 with 1,160 horsepower mounted behind the driver can propel this road-racer with F1 styling from 0 to 60 mph in 2.5 seconds. Not very shocking when you consider that it only weights slightly more than a tonne.
7. Pagani Huayra

The Pagani Huayra, which replaces the company’s earlier model, the Zonda, is a mid-engine sports car made by the Italian sports car manufacturer Pagani. Like the preceding model Zonda, it is called after the wind. The word “Huayra” is a Quechua word that means “wind.” Not connected to Huayra Tata either. Top Gear magazine awarded the Huayra “The Hypercar of the Year 2012.” The Pagani Huayra was sold out on February 11, 2015. As part of the agreement between Pagani and engine supplier Mercedes-AMG, the Huayra was only produced in one hundred vehicles.

10. Rimac Nevera

The Rimac Nevera is made to disprove the idea that electric cars are only quick at low speeds. The Croatian company says that their electric hypercar can reach a high speed of 258 mph, placing it right up there with the quickest gasoline-powered vehicles. Porsche and the Croatian company jointly own a majority interest in Bugatti.
The Nevera sprints the quarter mile in 8.6 seconds and speeds from 0 to 62 mph in less than two seconds. It has four electric motors-one for each wheel producing a combined 1900 PS, and it can cover a mile in 8.6 seconds.
