How to request a correction

We review correction requests for factual errors, outdated guidance, broken links, missing context, and unclear wording.
Corrections and updates
Minor spelling, grammar, and formatting changes may be made without a note. Material factual corrections should be fixed in the article and may include a short note when context requires it.
If new information changes the guidance in an article, the updated date should reflect that change.
What we do not change
We do not remove accurate, relevant reporting only because it is inconvenient. We also do not alter editorial conclusions unless the evidence changes.
